Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi banyak siswa yang memiliki pemahaman yang minim tentang pentingnya menjaga kesehatan reproduksi dan bagaimana mengambil keputusan yang bertanggung jawab terkait perilaku reproduksi. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tentang” Manajemen Pendidikan Kesehatan Reproduksi Berbasis Modul Self care Pelaksanaan Projek untuk Memperkuat ProfilPelajar-Pancasila (Studi Kasus Di SMP IT Sehati Bina Insani dan SMP IT Al Hasanat)”. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian teori manajemen dari George Terry (2022), manajemen sebagai "suatu proses yang khas terdiri dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan, dan pengendalian yang dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditentukan melalui pemanfaatan sumber daya manusia dan sumber-sumber lainnya". Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa manajemen pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi berbasis modul self care yang diintegrasikan dalam Projek Penguatan ProfilPelajar-Pancasila (P5) dapat menjadi pendekatan efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang kesehatan reproduksi sekaligus membangun karakter sesuai nilai-nilai Pancasila. Modul self care memungkinkan siswa belajar secara mandiri dengan pendekatan holistik yang relevan dengan kebutuhan remaja, nilai-nilai agama, dan budaya lokal. Implementasi di SMP IT Sehati Bina Insani dan SMP IT Al Hasana menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kesadaran siswa terhadap kesehatan reproduksi, tetapi juga memperkuat kompetensi guru dalam menyampaikan materi yang sensitif dengan cara yang sesuai dan kontekstual. Adapun Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu penerapan Manajemen Pendidikan Kesehatan Reproduksi Berbasis Modul Self care Pelaksanaan Projek untuk Memperkuat Profil-Pelajar-Pancasila di Lingkungan SMP IT Sehati Bina Insani dan SMP IT Al Hasanat berjalan efektif dan sesuai dengan teori manajemen dari Terry. Kata Kunci: Modul Self care dan Projek Penguatan Profil-Pelajar-Pancasila (P5) This research is motivated by the fact that many students have minimal understanding of the importance of maintaining reproductive health and how to make responsible decisions regarding reproductive behavior. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze "Reproductive Health Education Management Based on Self care Modules in the Implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (Case Study at SMP IT Sehati Bina Insani and SMP IT Al Hasanat)". The theory used in the research is the management theory from George Terry (2022), management as "a distinctive process consisting of planning, organizing, mobilizing, and controlling carried out to achieve predetermined goals through the utilization of human resources and other sources". This study uses a qualitative approach and case study method with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, documentation studies and data triangulation. The results of the study indicate that reproductive health education management based on self care modules integrated into the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) can be an effective approach to improving students' understanding of reproductive health while building character according to Pancasila values. The self care module allows students to learn independently with a holistic approach that is relevant to the needs of adolescents, religious values, and local culture. Implementation at SMP IT Sehati Bina Insani and SMP IT Al Hasana shows that this approach not only increases students' awareness of reproductive health, but also strengthens teachers' competence in delivering sensitive materials in an appropriate and contextual manner. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of Reproductive Health Education Management Based on the Self care Module in the Implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project in the SMP IT Sehati Bina Insani and SMP IT Al Hasanat environments is effective and in accordance with Terry's management theory.
