Abstract
This study takes the title: "Management of Education Systems and Training in Competency Improvement of Government Technical Procurement of Goods / Services Procurement" which is a Descriptive Study at the IV Public Works and Public Housing Education and Training Center of Bandung. The study aims to obtain findings in the field relating to (1) Planning (2) Organizing (3) Implementation (4) Evaluation and (5) Results of graduates of Education and Training. Using descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. Findings (1) there is no Education and Training Renstra, and attitude / behavior material, (2) not detailed activity schedule, (3) Need of Cost Director, basic level of PBJP certification passing rate (30%), (4) appropriate evaluation, (5) there are participants who do not want to pass basic certification. The conclusions are to improve the planning, organization, implementation, evaluation and results of the education and training graduates.
