Abstract
This study aims to determine the benefits of academic supervision in increasing teacher work motivation in making learning tools, and developing curriculum, as well as developing teacher working groups and guiding classroom action research. This research is a qualitative research with case study method. The results of this study indicate that from the results of the study the average results of the assessment in stage 1 (one) of 15 teachers who became respondents and of the 13 components of learning tools that became the daily work of teachers in schools was 1206.77 or 80.45%, which means that there is an increase of 3492.77 points or 23.28%. While in stage 2 (two) of the 15 teachers who became respondents and of the 13 components of learning tools that became the daily work of teachers in schools, 1376.54 or 91.67%, meaning there was an increase of 169.77 points or equal to 11.22%. Thus, the results of this study indicate an increase in teacher work motivation in making learning devices which is quite significant after academic supervision is carried out.
