Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine the condition and influence of Quality of Work Life and Work Engagement on Job Satisfaction among employees at PT. Surya Sejati Mulia in Bandung Regency. This research employs a descriptive quantitative method, collecting data through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The population in this study consists of the sewing department employees at PT. Surya Sejati Mulia in Bandung Regency. The population and sample consist of 100 employees. The data analysis technique uses the statistical application SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate a significant influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The significance value for the Quality of Work Life variable is 0.004, where 0.004 < 0.05, meaning the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that Quality of Work Life has a significant effect on employee Job Satisfaction. As for the Work Engagement variable, it has a significance value of 0.030, where 0.030 < 0.05, meaning the second hypothesis (H2) is accepted. Thus, the conclusion is that Work Engagement has a significant effect on employee Job Satisfaction. The result of the simultaneous significance test (F-test) is 0.000, where 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that the third hypothesis (H3) is accepted. This indicates that Quality of Work Life and Work Engagement have a significant influence on employee Job Satisfaction. The result of the Coefficient of Determination (R²) test shows that 10.4% of the Job Satisfaction variable is influenced by the Quality of Work Life and Work Engagement variables, while the remaining 89.6% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Quality of Work Life, Work Engagement, and Job Satisfaction
