Abstract

Renewal the private MTs system National strategy in Garut Regency, The task of supervisors to accompany madrasah supervision has so far been seen as not improving the performance of private MTs principals, strategies to avoid deviations in the form of a) Lack of supervisory management ability to prepare supervision programs, implementation of coaching, monitoring, performance, PTK professionalism. b) the existence of obstacles and barriers to the implementation of supervision programs, coaching, monitoring, performance, PTK professionalism c) lack of efforts made by supervisors to overcome obstacles and constraints on supervisory management supervision. d) lack of relevance of the value system of aspects and criteria for supervisory management supervision e) lack of producing hypothetical model design products for supervisory management supervision. The new strategic round of the Garut Regency Private MTs Supervisors carried out mentoring activities quality fostered, covering 4 (four) stages, namely work planning, mentoring school program planning, mentoring school program implementation, and cyclical performance reporting. Using quantitative methods. Supervisors of private MTs in Garut Regency carry out supervisory management to improve weaknesses in the fostered schools through Mentoring activities Supervisors accompany the Head of private MTs capacity and of Education Unit to organize student-centered learning using relevant strategies and methods. Mentoring activities with the principles: professional, planned and strategic; gradual and independent; collaboration; asymmetric; equality; and based on evaluation descriptive, emphasizing observations in the field and the data obtained is analyzed non-statistically. can produce, phenomenon through most complete data collection. This study can analyze subjects in everyday life. This study shows the competence of performance assessment, proven by the results of the work of private MTs supervisors achieved in managing private MTs, focused on the field of supervisory management with good results. with an analysis of private a qualitative value good category Keywords : management, supervisor, supervision
