Abstract

Abstract. Program evaluations carried out in both formal and non-formal institutions aim to provide input, studies, and considerations in determining whether the program is feasible to continue or not. However due to time constraints on program implementation at training institutions and courses, program evaluations were carried out without being truly objective. That is, when you have made an assessment, it is considered that you have done an evaluation. Even though assessment tends to only look at grades, program evaluation is more concerned with considering quality results, for example skills that students possess. So, it is very important to carry out program evaluation so that graduates of training institutions and courses can graduate with good grades and be accompanied by qualified skills, so they don't stutter when they enter the workforce. As for example regarding one of the training program evaluations at the BLK Komunitas Ponpes YPI Annur regarding computer training. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research method, while the data collection technique consists of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results obtained from the research are that computer learning materials have been designed and arranged based on the learning needs of the community and the needs of the world of work, especially in the computer field. Based on the evaluation results, the computer training program can be said to be good, as evidenced by the increase in quality that has been obtained by students and the percentage of students passing is 100%. The results of the evaluation of the computer training program at the BLK Komunitas Ponpes YPI Annur are that the computer training program can be continued by further increasing the quality and quantity of human resources as well as improving the quality of the training program and the quality of computer training program room facilities. This is to produce quality and quantity of graduates who are truly competent and professional in the field of computers. Keywords: evaluations program, computer
