Abstract
Abstract. Personnel at the Course institution. Personnel organizing is one of the management functions that aims to determine people who have intellectual and managerial competence in carrying out the organization in a better direction and in accordance with their abilities. Nowadays, LKP is widely managed by educational foundations which involve a lot of family and relatives as part of employees. This usually happens in non-profit educational institutions where the educational institution has social purposes. Ambiguous When viewed from an organizational point of view it is not a mistake, but it will be a problem if in the implementation of work does not detail its duties, functions, and responsibilities so that it looks unprofessional. Unclear and appropriate tasks and functions will hinder the achievement of the organization. But of course, not all family-based educational institutions have the above conditions, there are also those that implement management professionally. It is hoped that by organizing personnel quality educational programs will be held in a planned, directed, and integrated manner in an effective and straightforward organizing system. Each part in the organization brings up its duties and functions clearly. So that each position has its own responsibilities. By having certain duties and responsibilities, the organization easily improves or adds to its functions in the context of evaluation and improvement to improve its quality. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method using questionnaire data collection techniques, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the implementation of organizing at the English Language Training Course (LKP) and Computer English Lovers Club (ELC) institutions has been carried out well, this is seen from the coordination, organizational structure, and division of tasks in organizing institutions.
