Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian adanya manajemen Asesmen Kompetensi Madrasah Indonesia (AKMI) yang belum optimal yang berpotensi menjadi kendala dalam pencapaian tujuan dan fungsi AKMI. Tujuan penelitian mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis manajemen AKMI, kendala dan solusi. Teori manajemen yang digunakan dari George R. Terry dan teori tentang AKMI dari Muhammad Ali Ramdhani. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan AKMI telah dilakukan dengan baik. Pengorganisasian AKMI dilakukan dengan pendekatan yang sistematis dan komprehensif. Pelaksanaan AKMI telah dilaksanakan dengan mengadopsi teknologi modern dan mematuhi standar prosedur yang ketat. Pengawasan AKMI telah mengimplementasikan prosedur pengawasan AKMI dengan baik. Kendalanya menyangkut aspek peserta didik, sarana prasarana, dan guru. Solusinya dengan pengembangan budaya pembelajaran, pengembangan sarana prasarana, pengembangan pemanfaatan sarana prasarana dan pengembangan keprofesionalan guru. Novelty (kebaruan) mengembangkan Model Hipotetik Manajemen Asesmen Kompetensi Madrasah Indonesia (AKMI) Berbasis Enam Sistem Nilai dan Delapan Program Pengembangan dalam Mendiagnosis Kompetensi Literasi Peserta Didik pada. Kata kunci: Manajemen AKMI, Kompetensi Literasi Peserta Didik The background of the research is that that the management of the Indonesian Madrasah Competency Assessment/AKMI is not optimal which has the potential to be an obstacle in achieving the goals and functions of AKMI. The purpose of the study is to describe and analyze AKMI management, constraints and solutions. The management theory used from George R. Terry and the theory about AKMI from Muhammad Ali Ramdhani. This research uses a qualitative approach and case study method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn/verification. The results of the study show that AKMI's planning has been done well. The organization of AKMI is carried out with a systematic and comprehensive approach. The implementation of AKMI has been carried out by adopting modern technology and complying with strict procedural standards. AKMI supervision has implemented AKMI supervision procedures well. The constraints concern aspects of students, infrastructure, and teachers. The solution is the development of learning culture, the development of infrastructure, the development of the use of infrastructure facilities and the development of teachers' professionalism. Novelty developed a Hypothetical Model of that the management of the Indonesian Madrasah Competency Assessment/AKMI Based on Six Value Systems and Eight Development Programs in Diagnosing Students' Literacy Competencies in Madrasah.
