Abstract

Demands of higher education quality due to globalization is an urgent problem that must be resolved, the low quality of research occupies an important position in strengthening the organization of tertiary institutions, the general objective of this study is how to improve the management of lecturer research while the specific purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the management of quality improvement research, The cornerstone of the theory and concept of this research is management, Total quality management This study uses a qualitative naturalistic research approach. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method, the results of research that the lecturer research quality planning has been arranged but not yet comprehensive, the organization has been carried out but there are still problems of coordination, interaction and transparency.
