Abstract

Employee loyalty is a form of employees’ faithfulness and commitment to the company, demonstrated through emotional attachment, a sense of responsibility, and the willingness to contribute toward achieving organizational goals. This study aims to analyze the influence of Interpersonal Communication and Work Environment on Employee Loyalty among the Inbound Staff Division at PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Station Center Gedebage, Bandung. Using a quantitative approach with descriptive and verificative methods, data were collected from 133 employees as respondents through a saturated sampling technique and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results revealed significant findings: Interpersonal Communication has a positive and significant effect on Employee Loyalty, as does the Work Environment, both partially and simultaneously. High-quality Interpersonal Communication—characterized by mutual respect and attentiveness—and a comfortable, conducive Work Environment effectively foster greater loyalty and commitment among employees. Based on the Coefficient of Determination (R²) test, the R Square value obtained was 63%, indicating that 63% of the variation in Employee Loyalty can be explained by the variables of Interpersonal Communication and Work Environment.
