Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and incentives on job satisfaction in GoCar drivers of PT Karya Anak Bangsa (Gojek) in Bandung City. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research method by obtaining data through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The sample in this study was GoCar drivers in Bandung City with a sample taken of 100 people. The data analysis technique used Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 30 software. The results of the descriptive analysis are that the motivation and incentive variables have very high average values, as well as the results of the descriptive analysis of the job satisfaction variable have a very high average value. This study, the results of the partial significance test (T-Test) have a significant influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable. The significance value for the motivation variable is 0.001 <0.05, meaning that the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted, so the conclusion is that motivation has a significant influence on job satisfaction. The incentive variable has a significance value of 0.001<0.05, meaning that the second hypothesis (H2) is accepted, so the conclusion is that incentives have a significant influence on job satisfaction. The results of the simultaneous significance test (F test) are 0.001<0.05, meaning that the third hypothesis (H3) is accepted, so the conclusion is that motivation and incentives have a real influence on job satisfaction and the results of the determination coefficient test (R Square) of 66.6% of job satisfaction variables are influenced by motivation and incentive variables and 33.4% are influenced by other factors. Keywords: Motivation, Incentives and Job Satisfaction
