Abstract
Turnover Intention refers to an employee's intention or desire to leave their job at a company. This study aims to analyze the effect of Job Demand and Job Insecurity on the Turnover Intention of courier division employees PT. JNE Station Center Gedebage, Bandung City. This research employs a quantitative method, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling, in which the entire population of 150 respondents is taken as the sample. The research findings and hypothesis testing of the Job Demand, Job Insecurity, and Turnover Intention variables were conducted using a T Test. The results show that the T-value for each variable Job Demand (X1) = 2.713 and Job Insecurity (X2) = 5.267 is greater than the T-table value of 1.655. This indicates that Job Demand and Job Insecurity (independent variables) significantly influence Turnover Intention (dependent variable) among courier division employees at PT. JNE Station Center Gedebage, Bandung City. Simultaneously, the results of the Coefficient of Determination (R-Square) test show a value of 31.7%, meaning that Job Demand and Job Insecurity influence Turnover Intention by 31.7%, while the remaining 68.3%. Keywords: Job Demand, Job Insecurity, Turnover Intention
