Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress and incentives on turnover intention. The population in this study were 52 people who were J&T Express couriers in Leles District, Garut Regency. The sample used in this study was 52 respondents. The sample collection technique used saturated samples. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis, while the hypothesis testing used multiple linear regression analysis and t-test in SPSS software version 21. The results of this study indicate that partially work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. And incentives have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention.
