Abstract
One of the elements to build quality human resources is through Job Training, here it can be seen that training is an important factor. Training is part of the creation of quality human resources with a systematic design in the development of programs for an agency or organization. A training must also have a clear direction or purpose so that the training is in accordance with what is expected. To be able to carry out training that is oriented to the needs and expected training plans, the training here requires appropriate training management. Thisresearch departs from the researcher's interest in the management of workforce training at LPK Bina Gatara Muda in developing the productivity of the people of North Garut, because management is a milestone in the implementation of an activity where the success of an activity depends on how the activity is managed. In general, good human resources will greatly influence the social and economic well-being of a society. Here job training becomes very important to improve the quality of human resources outside of school. Entering the job market today is also very tight competition, and this needs to be considered and cannot be taken lightly because it can cause new problems later. The Bina Gatara Muda Job Training Institute (LPK) is one of the institutions that deals with job training issues for job seekers in the North Garut region, it has contributed to improving the skills and quality of Human Resources through training so that in the future they will be able to compete in entering the world job market For the implementation of the program, LPK Bina Gatara Muda needs to have good management so that the results of implementing the program are as expected and can increase the productivity of the people in the North Garut area. Therefore, researchers want to explore information and research findings related to Job Training Management at LPK Bina Gatara Muda in Developing Community Productivity in the North Garut Region.
